    There have been no posts by them for months that I can find.  I can understand it being quiet around Win7 release time but that has come and gone.  I still visit the forums once in a while just for grins but it is this "don't give a d**n attitude" about customers that always seems to drive me away to other programs.

    Perhaps they'll come back if we ask nicely? Yes, it is disappointing that after taking over this site that Microsoft has let it languish.

    I agree, there was more activity from MS years ago. Perhaps this is a result of budget cuts? I have no idea if they get payed for this as part of their job, or it is something they do on their spare time?

     It's been a while since I've been back but I see now that they changed the forum title to "Tell Microsoft" from "Ask Microsoft".  Problem solved (the Microsoft way I guess)...
