I have 2 like new in the box Sage TV HD Theater units. I removed both from the box and used for 1 day before figuring out i couldn't get the wife to accept the changes from directv hd dvrs. I put them right back in the box with everything they came with. Manuals, hdmi cable, remote, etc. I also have 1 license for Sage TV Media Center i bought with them. If you buy the units for retail 199.99$ each i will throw in the media center license
